Dr. Alexander Spasic, MD was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia. The majority of his youth was spent traveling and studying through former Yugoslavia and Europe. While exploring various regions Dr. Spasic expanded his cultural and personal horizons through the beauty of his travels.

In 1989, Dr. Spasic graduated from the University of Belgrade Medical School. He migrated to the United States and successfully completed his Family Practice Residency at the award winning teaching hospital, North Shore University Hospital in Long Island, New York. Dr. Spasic explored more of the United States when he began to practice medicine in Iowa from 1997 to 2000. Pennsylvania was next on his list! From 2000 to 2005 Dr. Spasic practiced in Reading, PA. As Pennsylvania was to his liking, he decided to stay. In 2005, Dr. Spasic started his private practice in beautiful Carlisle, PA. Over the years he has acquired a significant and loyal patient base in Carlisle, where he is still working.
